Return Eligibility

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene items

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at info.softtouch@gmail.com. within 1 day of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid at checkout are [not refundable/refundable].

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 Day of purchase if they have not already been processed or shipped.
